With this plan, you have the freedom to visit any licensed dentist, anywhere. For maximum benefits you can choose one of the more than 10,000 in-network dental offices throughout California. To use the plan, simply make an appointment with your selected dentist. No Identification Card will be issued.

DeltaCare USA
This plan offers cost-effective, comprehensive benefits through one of the largest HMO networks in California. To receive dental services, you select a dentist who participates in the DeltaCare USA network. You pay a set co-payment for each covered dental procedure. There are no annual deductibles or maximums on general services.

Waive Coverage
If you waive your dental coverage you will receive before-tax flex credits to purchase other benefits, or receive taxable cash back. Your next opportunity to enroll in a dental plan will be during the next Open Enrollment period, unless you have a qualified event.
